He previously worked at Airbnb in San Francisco, where Jeff held multiple high profile engineering leadership roles over six years. He led large cross-functional teams that were responsible for key parts of the Airbnb platform, and was instrumental in delivering high-impact features to millions of users. Jeff played a strategic role in scaling engineering teams and contributed significantly during Airbnb's IPO in 2020.

With a background in both hands-on software engineering and strategic engineering management, Jeff brings deep technical expertise, strong product intuition, and a commitment to team excellence.
